The committee is empowered to take Europe-wide decisions involving PDGA Tour, events, membership and related disc golf standards, and is supported financially and otherwise by PDGA HQ. As resources and infrastructure are developed, PDGA Europe is seen as becoming more formalized and, with time, an incorporated and self-sustaining entity. It is a goal to achieve this in 2010. La CNDG crée les outils du développement de la discipline tant sur le plan loisirs que sur le plan compétitif. Elle applique et suit les évolutions du règlement et organise différentes manifestations telles que le National Tour et le Championnat de France. Il existe ainsi dans tous les pays où l'on pratique le disc golf une structure nationale fédérative, organisatrice de compétitions et garante du développement de la discipline, animée généralement par les joueurs eux-mêmes. Les efforts de ses précurseurs portent leurs fruits ; le nombre de parcours, de joueurs, de compétitions se multiplie et le niveau de jeu s'améliore d'année en année.
